That’s why we’re confident that your users will be impressed with the quality of our service. Our solution is designed to provide accurate spam filtering and virus protection through an easy and efficient process.
In the unlikely event that Spam Soap does not achieve our stated Service Level Agreement, service credits will be provided on an incident-by-incident basis. A Spam Soap Customer Support Representative will be happy to provide you with additional information. If you would like to report an issue, please fill out a support request form.
Network Availability
Spam Soap understands the importance of consistent access to your email communications. We guarantee 99.99% network availability in regards to the processing and transmitting of your email communications.
Virus and Worm Scanning
Spam Soap virus and worm scanning is accurate and continually updated using our layered architecture. Spam Soap utilizes third-party virus engines, which are updated every 5 minutes. In addition, we use proprietary WormTraq detection technology, which is updated continually.
Spam Filtering
Our clients average a spam capture rate of 99.71% and Spam Soap will guarantee a 98% capture rate with a false-positive rate of less then 1 in 100,000 messages. False-positives do not include newsletters or bulk mail. Spam Soap Console contains an online Quarantine, which will provide you access to your spam messages so they can easily be reviewed for valid messages that may be retrieved.
Disaster Recovery
If your email servers become unreachable, Spam Soap’s Disaster Recovery automatically stores up to 5 days of inbound email. Stored email is then delivered to your mail server when it becomes available. You can view the status, the number of messages, and manually adjust the settings from within the Spam Soap Console.
